Infused Water Recipes
If you don't like drinking water like me, you probably know what it is like to avoid it until you really have to. However, you know you need to drink water often to stay healthy and hydrated. But how can you drink lots of water when it's so plain, right?
I couldn’t agree more, which is why I’ve created this list of infused waters recipes to help you make getting your daily hydration a breeze! Let's get started!

* Which fruits/vegetables can be used to make infused water?
Any fruit and/or vegetable can be used! It totally depends on you and your preference.

* Can fruits/vegetables be eaten/used afterward?
Sure. But since fruits will infuse the water with their flavors, the fruit itself might taste watery and less flavorful than what you’d expect.
* How long does it last?
Infused water is better when it's consumed in 2 to 4 hours after you’ve made it. Or, you can let it infuse overnight in the refrigerator. Some ingredients last better than others (herbs, for example).
